So apparently Anthony Spinner, a script writer wrote a script back in 1977 that is sort of similar to "Lost" today. Spinner says that ABC passed on his script in '77, '91, '94. Then ABC came out with "Lost". Spinner is now suing ABC for use of his idea. My personal opinion, no one cares. It was written in 1977. You never know though....this world is twisted in many ways, and Spinner might just win. Well find out, but "Lost" is coming up on their last season. "Lost" will be over before this case is even settled.
